原理：离心式高速乳化头在工作时可产生巨大的旋转吸力，将转子正上方的物料旋转着吸下，然后高速抛向定子，经过转定子间的高速剪切、碰撞、粉碎后，物料汇集至出口而喷出。同时罐底防涡流挡板将旋转力转化为上下翻腾力，从而使罐内物料混合均匀，防止粉料在液面堆积聚团，而达到水合乳化的目的。
配置: 乳化头、空气呼吸器、视灯视镜、压力表、人孔、清洗球、脚轮、温度计、液位计及控制系统，可根据客户要求进行配置。
适合于在多个敞口式容器内的简易操作,可在各不同容器上独立完成混合,乳化,均化,粉碎,反应等工艺过程,在每批物料处理的间歇,可以做彻底的清洗工作.每批处理能力从15升到20000升,功率从1.1KW到75KW不等
